Went in to get an estimate on a radio like the newer cars have. I have a 2015 Kia Sorento and wanted to upgrade and be fancy.. they gave me an estimate with no hassle. Now I have to make up my mine if and when?.. very nice people

Found them on compustar’s website and since I bought a system, I’m looking for an installer. They refused to quote me over email and instead wanted me to call them. I don’t understand what needs to be spoken of if I provided all the details on what I need. Crazy part is I have a uniden radar detector and a dash cam I also need installed, but it’s okay. Guess you all are not for me

Recently had a double din radio and backup camera “installed” here…. The good: they sell quality products at reasonable prices. They are right on schedule and professional to talk with. The bad: when I received my vehicle back it was left in 4x4, the drivers kick panel was left tossed in the back seat. My drivers side reverse light no longer works even tho it’s a brand new LED bulb…. When I went under the vehicle to see why I was astounded to see the shoddy wiring job and routing. Didn’t even use heat shrink on exterior connections… routed the wires around the spare tire so if I ever need to use the tire it’ll rip them out. Utter disgrace, now I get to spend more down time with the vehicle at the mechanic having this disaster cleaned up right so hopefully it won’t burn to the ground in a week. At least the radio works…. for now. If that’s how an old vehicle is treated imagine how they treat brand new $100k rigs.

These guys did a great job on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. They built a custom box behind my back seats and even made it match the truck with custom dimond pattern. I didn’t even have to ask. Highly recommend. Should be able to give them 10 stars. Best in the business.
